hey guys i have a vl turbo bought it off ebay about two years ago (BIG MISTAKE) when i bought it motor blown turbo blown absolute over haul on both garrett turbos rebuilt turbo in sydney(great blokes have contact details if any one ever need) engine rebuilt by ever last engines nowra(small family buisnees been around for ever lol)
once all fixed put back in ran ok for bit then it started.....
1# detonation in head
2#gearbox smashed
3#diff blew
4#gear box again no one told me it wasn't a turbo box :mad:
5# just bought a mx7 5 speed from a ebay guy in melbourne came with no gear stick or inserts no speedo drive(hahahaha try and find one of these lol)
6# reason for me posting this is so other people WILL know my secret......


nissan navara speedo drive bolts straight into the mx7 speedo drive hole.
part number 32702-02g17 any nissan dealer can order as special order cost me $70 roughly... after a thousand and one phone calls and google searches i found the result i was after...
will post another thread once she back in one peice..(if my mrs doesnt steal motor and box for her stock calais wagon very nice car...)

yeah its been trouble from the start and no onje was willing to help except my mrs so together we researched for days on end and finally came up with the answers.
i will not let any one else have the problems i had with the b++++++ thing so guys thats the best descrition i can give but feel free to ever ask i'l give you the best advise to my knowledge..
