Comming back to the Gold Coast from Stanthporpe today i got a fine for doing 115km in a 100km zone.
The police officer who pulled me over didn't show me the gun with the recorded speed. We had a little disaggrement on the speed.
My Question - Does the police officer have to show me the gun with the speed i was clocked at.

hmm yeah last time I got pulled over the cop showed me the gun for proof, not that i wanted to see the number lol.

im pretty sure because there cops, they can do wat they want(dam it) but they should of showed you the gun other wise thats a bit stupid

Yeah,he should have shown you proof otherwise it would seem like just revenue raising.

guys they dont always show gun. my mrs got pulled over doing 95 in 60k zone cop was on side of road with radar ran in front of her didnt show gun though... they cops they do what they please we all should know this lol....
